SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed as soon as the customer purchases the product online. You will receive an email order confirmation & a dispatch email confirmation. Our soft furnishings, bows, & candles can take between 7-10 days for the item to be dispatched, as each item is made to order to avoid waste. However we do aim to get every order out as quick as we can. Please do contact us if you require an item for a specific date and we will be happy to help.

Once dispatched the customer will receive an email or text to update them on shipping details and tracking. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders, and should the courier have trouble finding  your address they will have your email & phone number from your order, should they need to contact you.

We provide every order with a tracked 24/48 hr service with tracking number, and will deliver the goods to the address you have provided on your order via courier, and cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to the address on the order.

Standard Shipping (DPD, EVRI, YODEL) - 1-4 day delivery (from dispatch)

£5.99 - 3kg and under

£9.99 - Over 3kg (Larger Items)

You will be notified by email or text message when your delivery is on its way and who it has been shipped with.

Unfortunately we do not ship worldwide yet, UK only.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from receipt of your delivery to return or exchange, as long as the item(s) are NOT made to order items & returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging. 

 

If your item is damaged on arrival please let us know straight away & we will be happy to exchange the item(s) for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any return postage costs, however we will not charge for postage on your exchange order.

We cannot accept returns of products that we have made to order, personalised or customised specifically for you, unless faulty. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
